First Presbyterian Church of Rushville 200th Anniversary
Celebrating 200 Years of Faith in Rushville
1825-2025: Two Centuries of Community, Service, and Worship
For 200 years, First Presbyterian Church of Rushville has been a cornerstone of our community, witnessing countless baptisms, weddings, confirmations, and celebrations of life. From our humble beginnings in 1825 to the vibrant congregation we are today, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to serving God and our neighbors.
As we commemorate this incredible milestone, we reflect on the generations of faithful members who have walked these halls, the pastors who have guided our spiritual journey, and the countless ways our church has touched lives throughout Rushville and beyond. Through times of joy and challenge, war and peace, growth and change, First Presbyterian has been a beacon of hope and a gathering place for all who seek God's love.
Today, we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, grateful for their faithfulness and inspired by their dedication. As we celebrate our past, we also look forward with excitement to the future God has in store for our church and community.
We invite you to join us in this momentous celebration as we honor our heritage, celebrate our present, and embrace our future together.
